First, before installation

Two, installation time

1, installation is stable: negative pressure fan installation should pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, adjust to the negative pressure fan and the ground plane level stability. After installation, the motor can not be tilted.

2. When installing negative pressure fan, the adjusting bolt of the motor should be in the position of convenient operation. Adjust the belt tightness for convenient use.

3, installation of suction fan bracket, must let the support and foundation level stable, necessary installation angle iron reinforcement in the negative pressure fan side.

4, after the installation of negative pressure fan, it is necessary to check its surrounding seal. If there is a gap, it can be sealed with the sun board or glass glue.

Three, after installation

1, after installation, check whether the negative pressure fan left the remaining tools and debris. Use hand or lever to toggle fan blade, check whether there is too tight or rub phenomenon, whether there is no obstacle to the rotation of the goods without abnormal phenomenon, you can do the trial run.

2, if there is a negative pressure fan vibration or abnormal buzz or other abnormal phenomena in the motor, the machine should be shut down to check and be used again after repair.
